As you've probably seen with my IT12, I have a PC now
Should I make more modded stuff (Do not worry mobile users, I still have more to give to all of you)

I think I'm sniffing that this forum will be useless, as most of the people who support me are mobile users!

Yes, they 100% do
And thanks for clarifying that it's corporate greed and stupidity
@SPWithLizzie
Mods certainly have potential.
Mods don't work for mobile, thats true. The reason is not the file difference, it’s the app store and google play’s policies about mods, that effectively ban them.
If not for those policies, it would not be that difficult (as far as I know) to make mods for mobile.
Edit: there are actually some mods that do work for mobile, on android at least. However, they are kind of “unofficial,” and don't use the current version of sp.
As a friend I say yes, as a mobile user I say no. (This is RWI)
I mean yes but no. I personally would love to do so, but it is kind of difficult. As @TheMouse said, do what you want
@TheMouse
Ok fair
But still
I feel like mods definitely have potential
But either I'm a huge moron
Or mods just won't work for mobile
And I don't rlly know why
I'm guessing it's file storage differences between PC and mobile, and also how many different Operating systems there are for mobile (I know some versions are just different versions of android but still), so making a mod for each version would be too much basically
@TheMouse I take that as a yes
In my own words: "Simpleplanes mods are fun"
@DeeganWithABazooka
Now, to answer you. I think you should make what you want to make. The point of sp is not to just follow what other people think you should make, its to make what you love.
If you don't like building something, that takes the joy out of simpleplanes. Whats the point of a game if your not having fun?
Build what you want. Points are not the objective; having something you like and are proud of is.
@TheMouse Yes
@SPWithLizzie
You cannot download mod files on your phone to play the tank.
You can download the craft, and it will tell you that you don't have the mod and cannot play it (or something like that), but you can get around this by simply clicking undo, and then redo again.
The craft should normally spawn into the editor with the modded parts removed.
Fine tuner and overload are exceptions, they are built into the base game, and so are supported by all devices with a current version of simple planes.
But some of them can be hugely helpful in the main game on a computer.
Mods are lame
Like yes, they do have stuff that's not in the base game, but I don't wanna download all those files onto my phone just to play a tank
Stick to basegame imo
No
@DeeganWithABazooka ok
@DeeganWithABazooka yea
@CaptainBrayden Eh is not an option
Yes or No
Eh
@Halcyon215 Fine Tuner and Overload don't count
No (except for overload and fine tuner)
