BLUEPRINTS
Blueprints can be an incredibly useful tool and they can help you make accurate replicas of irl, and fictional craft.
Before you start, make sure you have found the blueprints you want to use and have saved them to your device
For this example i am using an older F-15C build that i did a few months ago
(yes I'll post it... leave me alone)
These are the blueprints:
*I'm horrible at explaining things so the images are designed to guide you,
but I will try
Step 1: Open Blueprints
First go to your view options and select the button that looks like a blueprint
Step 2: Select views/ blueprints
Next select one of the view options (either top, front, or side) and then select "Open Image" and it will take you to your device's image files, you should have your blueprints saved to your device to use them
Step 3: Build it
After you select the views you need (I recommend Top, Front and Left, as that is what most online blueprints will show you) And align the Blueprint respectively, you can start building.
Anyways, hope this was helpful

Clearing up any confusion:
I am NOT AT ALL telling ANYONE that they should ALWAYS use blueprints. I'm genuinely just trying to help people who ask for or seek help. I apologize that my message has been misunderstood.
@Aerovations Ohh, I'd recommend starting with the left side, and then you "scale" the blueprint, in other words you take a cockpit seat and compare it to the drawing to get an accurate size of the drawing. Next you start work on the main fuselage, and since its a side view, you only adjust the height of the fuselage pieces. From there you go to the top (make sure that the very front fuselage piece is pointed at the end so you can align the drawing) and adjust the width to the drawing, and then line up the front so you can get the corners right. That's what I usually do but you can do it in whatever order works for you
@MetallicBeef6572 like which side do you start with
@X99STRIKER That might be the strategy
@Aerovations Wdym?
Nah I just chug a beer and eye ball it
Which order do you typically go in?
@MetallicBeef6572 yeah
@BOSSentinel Is this better?
@MetallicBeef6572 idk smth like “Blueprint tutorial” but seriously. It’s not a do all end all thing, if you like using them, use them, if you are like me, and have a hard time doing so, don’t use them.
@BOSSentinel The reason I titled it the way I did is cuz this method is how I got like ten times better. What do u suggest it should be titled then?
Ngl, sometimes it’s good, but other times, it’s not a “Do this and your builds will be the best!” Like you advertise it. It’s all about who is doing it, and what it is they are making
That’s great if you’re doing replicas, but not quite as useful for original works. That being said, being able to compare to the silhouettes of existing aircraft can be helpful.
@Aerovations
Hope this helps if u dont already have it down
