I've been making a few designs where I'd like to use those long wing landing gears that fold and tuck directly under the wing. I've tried making covers for them but they look kind of janky/unrealistic even with the fine tuner. Any advice on how to build them better?
@QuintinV Will look into it. Thanks!
What helped for me with building landing gear and landing gear doors are those scale models people build of planes. I usually watch a video of someone building them and then pay close attention to the landing gear assemblies.
Here's a time stamp to a video of someone putting together the landing gear on a P-51 which also has the wing landing gear: https://youtu.be/5QbkK9EKyKY?t=1237
