ALRIGHT, SOMEONE JUST EDITED MY SISTER'S UNFINISHED A380 DESCRIPTION A FEW MINUTES AGO. THEY ADDED A PICTURE OF A D34D GUY INTO THE DESCRIPTION.

WHOEVER DID THIS, PLEASE STOP. MY SISTER'S GIRLFRIEND IS CRYING RIGHT NOW. YOU'VE DONE ENOUGH. STOP MESSING WITH HER ACCOUNT OR I’LL REPORT THIS TO THE POLICE

You should also need the 2FA (2-fator authentication) for more security. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an added security layer for online accounts. It requires users to provide two forms of identification to verify their identity, making it harder for unauthorized users to access accounts, even if they know the password.

If somebody else is accessing the account despite you changing your passwords, then it is probably somebody who has access to a device you are logged in on. Make sure any such device is locked down with a secure passcode or some other authentication method, and make sure two-factor authentication is enabled on your SimplePlanes account.

Unfortunately, if you're unable to get this under control and similar incidents continue to occur, we will be forced to take action against the account in order to maintain a safe environment for the community.

do you have access to the account? best thing I can think of is just straight up deleting it, you can always start again.
