After having studied the Valencia accords, GCI requested to the Spinnish Empire the creation of a new sub-group in order to defend its personel against threats and dangers.

What the request is:

• Creation of the General Defense Militia Corp (GDMC)

• Vehicles: Light to medium ground vehicle and light drones.

• Manpower: 50 000 soldiers.

• Capacities:

  • Short to medium range and rights to operate in other countries to protect the GIN journalists world-wide.
  • Right to eliminate confirmed threats under 150 km and potential threats under 47 km.

• Use any GCI production fitting the above.

Light ground vehicles: Under 20 tons

Light drones: Under 2 tons

Medium ground vehicles: Up to 40 tons

GCI accept to finance all of this Sub-group but will have the 50k soldiers be paid three-fourth by the country as they are under their final control.
