Make yourself a secondary email. Gmail is simple, or something else if you want.
Create an account on Gravatar using that email.
Change your SP.com account to using said email, they need to be the same.
Go on Gravatar and upload to avatars the picture you want to use.

Need Gravatar account. Suggest using secondary email, Gravatar is apparently not very secure.
