The Nectact Federation would experience an outbreak of the white-eyes contagion, the Federation would become known as the Ground Zero for the infection.

The Federation's government took drastic measures to contain the virus and stop it's rapid SPREAD. Including bombardments and sealing off the unrecoverable cities with barriers. So called 'White-zones'.

However, the Federation's ground forces were left to fend against the virus by their lonesome in the early days of the infection. Working together with the Tactical Virus Extermination Corporation (TVEC), They formed a network of checkpoints that surround the White-zones.

Security within these checkpoints are tight, people who are not infected are allowed to leave, while the infected is sent to repurposed apartments, or be terminated on-sight.

TVEC was the first organization to discern the other outbreak's severity. Fireteams were mobilized to study the infected and study the cause of the infection. They're in the heart of the infection.

The Internal Defense Organization (IDO), was slow to react. They were unable to discern the severity of the virus due to the lack of reports. It was dismissed as exaggeration and misinformation.

Other countries, a part of the IDO, and whatnot, upon hearing the outbreak, chipped in to assist the Federation to contain the infection.
