I know most of you won't be interested in this, but i will do it anyways.

During the RWI War on the invasion of the RWIAF, civilians were caught by surprise during airstrikes due to the lack of warning. Most people didn't even know what was happening. This led to the LQSR Government importing 15 FS 2001-130s and 5 FS Model 2s after the war. The addition of a siren system allowed for early warning during an air raid or even a hurricane. However, there was no agency responsible for turning on the sirens, this led to the foundation of the Low Quality Civil Defense.

The LQCD is responsible for giving citizens early warning during an emergency, and is responsible for siren maintenaince and testing. Their HQ is located on a hill north of the island, and since it is located on a high position it allowed for faster activation of the sirens.
