Earlier this week, as all of you have read, Raphaelis defenses had someof their factories in Your-Pan and Spin struck out by terrorist organizations. Your-Pan already launched an attack against the terrorists, and Spin has not done anything yet.
So to maybe help Raphaelis recover while the terrorist forces are being taken down, our Military Super-Corporation, Mokker, has offered them to use three factories in southern Rottler-Dang. These factories are also some of the most modern, having built several D-350 aircraft, and S-9 main battle tanks. They're hoping that Raphaelis defenses can use these as a temporary replacement while their own factories are being repaired

@SPWithLizzie I also want to avoid conflict between you and Your-pan and Spin. Your-pan and Spin might be angry about the opening of the Raphaelis Defense Factory in Bell-lands. They might think I'm turning my back on them and looking for another country to start a better production. I'm afraid their anger will only lead to war. So, sorry, I'll have to decline your kind offer.
@SPWithLizzie I'm sorry, but I have to decline your offer. As we know, these terrorists are from Chick-ago, Vlad-in-vost-ok, and other unknown countries across Your-up. Moving production to the center of Your-up will only make the terrorist operations easier. Not to mention the cost of moving assets, Raphaelis standardization costs, and other approvals that will probably only be more of a hassle for us rather than helpful for our recovery
