Ever since it's introduction in 2015, the Bulldog has been sought after by the global market, mainly for it's reliability and high power warhead, though it's only been allowed for export in the Royal Union (Los, Azkharia, Anti-Los, Camania, Greenada and East Tax), until now
Explanation
After East Tax joined the Royal Union, Los has started shipping more of their weapons to the rest of the world, one notable examlpe was the S-10 MBT's being shipped to Baaland.
Earlier this week (on July 1st), the Lasa minister of defence stated in a conference that "The exclusivity of Lasa weapons is about to end", and 5 hours later, 50 L-IR-5G's got shipped to con, and have since been seen on Plane-60 stealth fighters
Importance
As said, the Bulldog is one hell of a missile, one that no one would have expected would be sold outside of the union, mainly for intel concerns inside the Royal Defence Department, but they've put those concerns aside even 30 years after the cold war. This could mean that nations outside of the union could get M-40's, S-15's, or even M-52's and S-20's

In the current lore, Europe's Vietnam does have export relations with Los (they bought stuff like the M-38 Longtail), but not much else, as they're pursuing an Isolationist policy
