Well you need A text and XML modded on
How to put?
Here's the example

Now! Here's what to do how
You need
Text part
XML MOD ON
a car you can download on comments I give

First type this on text part: "||||||||||||||" or "_____" or whatever u want
Second use part moving setting like X Y Z
For front and back put 0 on Z
For side make sure it has spaces
If u complete these steps you will be real tuner like me
Next! Third, make sure you put your own underglow (text part)
Is not too low or else it will not visible and it will no clip the parts
Fourth! Connect your underglow(text part)
On other parts u want to connect by using add connect button
Fifth! The last, use xml on your text part you connected and set emission to 1000
But if you don't too bright try lower like 500
