i want to host a server

yeah thats how this post starts , so i downloaded all the things and searched a tutorial on youtube yet still nothing, and i dont know if im missing some neurons because i didn't understand the instructions in the mod page and i need a better explanation because i downloaded the SPserver.EXE thing and i dont know how it works :p , i was going to make a video about carrier landings on my USS enterprise with whoever wanted to join but this is a problem , and i dont know if joining some´s else server would be nice to record that video and im to ashamed to ask the owner of a server ;(
