In the presence of the Supreme Will of Her Imperial might, Sovereign of the Skies, Defender of the Homeland, President Miko Miko of Your-pan, and under the watchful eye of the Gods of Peace and Order, the following instrument of surrender, subjugation, and eternal union is hereby entered into between the Former Government of the Republic of Netherjim (hereafter referred to as "the Former RNJ") and Your-pan, in the interest of ending hostilities, ensuring continental harmony, and restoring a lawful and just order to the region.

ARTICLE I: TOTAL AND IRREVOCABLE SURRENDER

The Former RNJ, having sustained devastating losses and facing insurmountable strategic and humanitarian collapse, hereby unconditionally surrenders all military, political, economic, and territorial sovereignty to the Empire of Your-pan.

All forces under RNJ control, including air, land, sea, and special operations units, are to disarm immediately and submit to command under the Supreme Military Administration of the Yourpanese Empire.

ARTICLE II: Overhaul of the Government of the former RNJ

Effective immediately, the constitutional government of RNJ is disbanded. All executive, legislative, and judicial authorities are hereby abolished. All governing powers shall henceforth be assumed and executed by the Imperial Council of Your-pan, or its regional viceroys as appointed by The President.

ARTICLE III: INTEGRATION INTO THE EMPIRE

The territories formerly known as the Republic of Netherjim shall be reconstituted as the Yourpanese Imperial Netherjim, henceforth considered an eternal and indivisible state of the Empire.
Citizens of RNJ are now subjects of the Empire, entitled to imperial protection, and bound by imperial law, without exception.
The borders of the Netherjim are to be redrawn and managed by the Imperial Cartographic Bureau, and any symbols of former RNJ sovereignty—flags, anthems, statues, or commemorative names—are to be replaced with Yourpanese equivalents within 90 days of this decree.

ARTICLE IV: TRANSFER OF INSTITUTIONS AND ASSETS

All institutions of learning, culture, infrastructure, and scientific progress previously belonging to RNJ shall be transferred to the stewardship of the Yourpanese Empire. Imperial governors will determine their continued operation or dissolution.

All national treasures, archives, and sacred items of RNJ are hereby gifted, in perpetuity, to the Imperial Palace for preservation as historical artifacts.
