As the two nations clash, BE has established naval dominance in the region. BE soldiers have made swift progress and won many fights, and their morale has risen due to such. But beneath the waves lies a silent predator, the Perseverance-class nuclear submarine. It had been observing the Bristolian Empire’s fleet for days, as they continued attacks on RNJ. It surfaced 7 kilometers away and radioed the coordinates of its prey to Spinnish High Command in Brest. Immediately, the 2nd Imperial Spinnish Armada set its course for the BE fleet at RNJ. It was based off the West of RNJ, conducting exercises in the Angle-ish Channel. The 2nd Imperial Spinnish Armada is comprised of the RSS Espíritu (Himler-class nuclear carrier), five Madrid-class heavy cruisers, four 1935-class escort destroyers, 25 1950-class destroyers, 2 Zapico-class frigates, and 50 Conquistador-class destroyers. This is just a taste of the 1700+ ships of the Armada Nacional de Españila. They eventually reached the BE fleet under radio silence, taking the enemy by surprise. The 2nd Imperial Spinnish Armada split into two groups, a carrier defense group (the Espíritu, one Madrid-class, the two Zapico-classes, all 1935-class destroyers, and 10 1950-class destroyers). The rest of the fleet, including all the Conquistador class destroyers, were sent to attack the fleet from the West and East, whereas the fleet would close in and communicate with aircraft from the RSS Espíritu. The attack started with the first shots coming from the Conquistador destroyers, hiding under the cover of night. The BE fleet was in disarray. The crews were mainly on patrol for aircraft from RNJ, and did not expect such a large Spinnish surface fleet to be present. The Madrid-class heavy cruisers fired their enormous cannons at the fleet, striking many vessels. During the battle, two GBH-10 Kodiak helicopters were launched from the RSS Madrid and RSS Admíralo Castile (another Madird-class heavy cruiser). They conducted aerial surveillance, watching for other enemy aircraft whilst providing coordinates for the Spinnish ships to fire. The RSS Espíritu successfully launched 120 aircraft, composing of 50 GB-4NB Super Screechers, 20 GB-11A Kites, (for air cover) and 50 GB-6N Gladiators. Although the majority of the Spinnish aircraft missed their targets due to the heavy rain conditions, cloudy weather, the dark nighttime environment, and enemy maneuvering, 43 of the 100 strike aircraft managed to drop some payload onto enemy ships, all of which were LRGB-45N radar-guided 1000lb bombs made by General Corp inc. 32 ships were confirmed to be sunk by the aircraft, and the HRWS Ind-Yeah was damaged. It is unclear whether or not the damage was severe or minor. 30 of the 120 launched aircraft were shot down, and 54 suffered damage. An additional 15 Bristolian ships were sunk by the Spinnish ships, and 49 were damaged. The BE ships were forced to retreat to their home ports for extensive repair, and the 2nd Imperial Spinnish Armada had to retreat as well to undergo repairs. Out of the 87 total Spinnish ships, 12 were sunk, 8 were severely damaged, whilst 20 were also damaged. Both sides suffered very heavy losses, and Spin does not want to resume the necessary action to stop BE. We want BE and RNJ to have peace, and preventing BE from bombarding RNJ is part of the process. Spinnish air defense has been heightened dramatically, and hundreds of missile systems have been put around key cities with routine air patrols of GB-10 Falconets, GB-9A Furias, GB-11A Kites and GB-11B Kites, equipped with the newest GAPM-11 IR missiles. If the Bristolian Empire decides to invade Spin or conduct any air raids, they can expect a very heavy retaliation.

@B1BLancer
Oh sweet!
@B1BLancer hell yeahan
@SPWithLizzie no, I just ripped them off of my BS70from a few months back. It’s just the GAPM-12 from the BS70’s wingtips but a little different.
Are the GPAM-11's based off of Bell Lands IR tech in any way, as we're I think the first nation to develop IR air to air missiles
@Technicalstrat no problem
@B1BLancer thanks for bringing peace.
