How you'd acquire a Death Star I cannot fathom. Would such a device even have the power to destroy Jupiter?
In any case, the other states of the solar system would likely have a lot to say about such an endeavour, certainly nothing good, and I can practically guarantee you that the Martian Union would convince Soia to step in.

Jupiter has virtually no industry. It's a planet of no return, pretty much. Only Saturn is worse.
