Well, the main problem Is that... Oh well, your land forces have vehicles without turret (like the infantry vehicles) and anti air vehicle with a big neck as a weak spot.
Other problems:
-Vulnerable Design
-Armor
-Fire Power
-Speed In Combat (Attack-Run and hide)
The only thing you need to do Is focus in design and speed (This is important because you know your own terrain) but I think you can do better (nah this text Is horrible).
