Nuclear Technologies creation process or NTCP

They are in stage 2 of 5 stages the first stage was plan what the design would look like 2 is building 3 is using state of the art simulators 4 is testing and 5 is the finished product. So far they have finished building a prototype hull of the bomb. Stage 3 is estimated to start in 1 year. So far they have run into only minor problems into the prototype hull.
