@Pnut thanks. With the total commander I can use the option 'open with...' and the downloaded files can be opened with the simple plane. Thank you very much!
@fabricix Im confused too. Whenever I click the download button, the planes will just automatically be loaded on simpleplanes and ready to play. Unless if I use desktop site mode. Maybe you are using desktop site on your phones chrome?
@Pnut Thanks for your reply, I'm going to try with "Total Commander" as you suggested. The official response was this: "The Android and iOS versions of SimplePlanes do not support loading *.splane files—those are for the PC version."
But then, what's the point of the button to download planes from Android if it's not supported?
@fabricix Huh, that's odd. I can load it with no problem at all. It should be loaded the second you open the file in total commander with simpleplanes. My final assumption; you are running an older version of android on your phone. Sorry, that's all I know unfortunately, let's just hope someone who knows more will be reading this.
@Pnut Open with is not possible, for all devices I tested.
I'd like a basic technical answer: How do I load *.splane files downloaded from the official website onto Android? No developer of the program is reading this?
Ah, I actually just tested out with "Total Commander" App on playstore and it works just fine. I don't know your choices of file manager but maybe try "open with" When you're trying to import it to sp
@Pnut Thank you very much for the reply. That's obviously the way I could do it manually. But the game manual says to load it, so the question is how do I load it on Android? How do I follow the manual on Android? I can't find any buttons or features in the game on Android to do this. Please, it would be great to have a technical response from the developers.
Try moving the files manually to the apps data location using file manager apps, just like importing spmod android file back then. Idk, maybe that'll work

@fabricix As for the devs, they're currently "hiding" Right now. Probably focusing on developing Simpleplanes 2 or something
