Can such thing occur in SimplePlanes?

We all know that stalling, sideslipping can occur in the game. Not sure about turbulence tho.

If you don't know what VRS is, it's one of those things that make the V-22 deadly, or any other helicopter. A vortex ring engulfs the blades, making them lose lift and eventually, crash.

Shown here:
A. Airflow in normal flight.
B. In rapid descent.
C. Vortex Ring State.

But, inorder to get out of one, you need to have enough, or more power. An example is the S-64 Skycrane.
