How much would one of you be willing to pay for an Old Soviet tank?

Oh no, this story ain't over.

Stepping back from the means to look at the method, I'm posing a question of business.

So, my prospective New Soviet partners (or, rather, partner) have (has) a bit of an... issue, let's say. Not really an issue, but we'll go with that anyways.

So, for those unaware, the Soviet Union is a strange mixture of ultra-optimized automation and modern technology, and dated hand-me-downs from the USSR plus the former Russian Federation. This can be seen in many places, from its infrastructure to its military. In the case of the military, this has resulted in a large number of older equipment models staying in service alongside (to varying degrees) much newer New Soviet tech.

For example, the tank fleet.
(Scroll down if you only care about the proposal alone.)

The New Soviet tank fleet contains, not counting IFVs:

-T-54s
-T-55s
-T-62s
-T-72s
-T-80s
-T-90s
-T-14Ms
-Heavy MBT Prototype Series (Commonly called T-88)
-Superheavy Prototype Series (Commonly called T-185)
-Ultrafast Prototype Series (Commonly called T-21)

As you can see, quite a few different models.

All Old Soviet and Russian Federation designs are found in a range of fittings, some modernized and others basically bare.
T-54/55s are found in small numbers, most city garrisons (essentially anti-counterrevolutionary forces).
T-62s are also common enough in city garrisons, though some are also deployed behind borders as actual military units, albeit very much emergency reserves.
T-72/80/90 make up the bulk of the common army. They're good enough when modernized, though are a bit on the older side. Some older T-72s are used in garrisons of important cities (Moscow, Leningrad-St. Petersburg, etc.)
T-14M is a stopgap, basically being a fixed-up T-14 design that's actually, like, real. It's kinda mediocre overall though, so isn't meant to be mass produced to modernize the force entirely.
The Prototypes are where things get interesting. Each core design has numerous trial variations (e.g. mechanical vs. electrical transmission), but do represent the likely future of the Soviet armoured forces. They are few in number, however, and with no committed production design as of yet. The Superheavy will likely never see true mass production courtesy of its specialized role. Weighing 185 tonnes may have something to do with it too.

Anyhow, exposition over, my point here:

President Ivanovich has hinted to me that he might be willing to let some older models, such as unmodernized T-54s, go "missing" in exchange for credit.

Which means you people. Would you buy one off me? For how much?

Note that only older models are up for possible sale. He can excuse some 60 -year-old factory-equipped tank going missing much more easily than explaining where the state-of-the-art behemoth of Soviet power went over lunch break.

Yes, I'm sure you people would love a 200mm tank gun, but the answer is no.
No, puppy dog eyes will not work. So don't try.

    @Boeing727200F I don't think so?
Many organizations have substantial resources, sure. Aerospace and defence tend to be pretty expensive businesses.
    But the US military budget?
That's hundreds of billions. That'd be a hell of a strain for Graingy.
