Mostly directing this to people who can speak English, but by no means excluding translator users.
So... languages. Funny sounds with meaning. Allegedly.
Many people can speak multiple. This is presumably more common in the developed outside the Anglosphere, courtesy of English's cultural dominance, but that doesn't necessarily exclude anyone from the possibility of multiple languages.
What ones can you speak?
Personally I can read, and to a lesser extent write, a very small amount of French, though I'm rather dependent on a dictionary and my conjugation is messy.
Note that I'm not sure if I've done a post like this before. A quick Control + F check for language didn't net anything, but it's possible that I just missed it. With so many forms keeping track is a challenge.
If I have done a post like this before, oops. Consider this a refresher!
@Rob119 huh.
@Graingy oh and I learned English by merely existing in a English speaking country. (Ik shocker) I also "speak" a few phrases in Ukrainian but merely just S.T.A.L.K.E.R. lines
@Graingy for the Spanish is just seeing it every where. German half a doulingo session and probably my bloodline. For the Russian is a mixture of YouTube, music, and duolingo (don't use it anymore because hehe ai go brrr) and polish is just some duolingo. Idk much now besides a few words
@Rob119 Where'd ya learn?
I speak mainly English, though I do speak some Russian and a wee bit of polish. Also have a decent enough understanding of German and Spanish to get a general idea of the topic

I can speak German and Czech (mainly because I am both…)
I speak:
- Pipino—the Tagalog variant like tristar's, and a tiny bit of bisaya (yawa)
- English—slowly degrading because of brainrot
- 日本語 in cockroach level (I guess that don't count)
@TriStar pipino mentioned rahhh 🥒🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🔥🔥
