War rules
These are considered war crimes in I would believe NATE’s eyes, (can I join). These are also not in any order. I want us all to sign and agree to these terms so no nuclear war breaks out. [These are the major war crimes.]
- No more than 10 nuclear weapons at a time (aka warheads or bombs)
- No napalm on civilian areas.
- No use of ICBM’s (later, in 1960ish)
- Full reason to nuke someone.
- Not just your wins, you have to include your losses too.
- You cannot have more than these amount of vehicles for each decades below.
-1950–1960=9,000 of any vehicle, but no more than 50,000 vehicles.
-1960–1970=10,500 of any vehicle, but no more than 80,000 vehicles.
-1970–1980=12,000 of any vehicle, but no more than 100,000 vehicles.
-1980–1990=15,500 of any vehicle, but no more than 125,000 vehicles.
1990–2050(Whenever the RP continues or ends)=20,000 of any vehicle, but no more than 200,000.
6.5: During wartime you can have as many vehicles as you want. Unless there is no actual war, then abide to these rules. And logistic vehicles don’t count. - If you are halfway across the world, you have to say in your conflict statement wherever you landed your planes for refueling.
- Response is 5 hours. Any more than that is not accepted.
- Can’t take over a country in one forum.

New Nuclear Rule.
Before the deployment of mass destruction weapons, the country that wants to do it must send a form that is signed by CUPO, the Ground Rules and the country's president. If any of the said never agreed through signing, the weapon will not be deployed.
