“Citizens of Yourpan, Allies, and the World:
It is with the heaviest heart, but with unyielding resolve, that I speak to you tonight.

For months, we have pursued every avenue of diplomacy, every corridor of compromise, and every echo of peace. We have extended our hand to the RNJ — again and again — not as a sign of weakness, but as a testament to the strength of our principles.

But RNJ has not met our outstretched hand with diplomacy. It has met it with disdain.

Enough is enough.

Let it be known to the world: as of this hour, Yourpan is at war with the RNJ.

Today, I stand before you not only as your Emperor, but as the guardian of our people’s honor, their safety, and their enduring spirit.

It is with profound gravity that I declare: as of this hour, the Empire of Yourpan is in a state of war with the RNJ.

This decision was not made in haste, nor without solemn deliberation. We have endured provocation, betrayal, and insult. We have sent envoys bearing olive branches and received only fire in return. The RNJ, through its actions, has made clear its intentions: to destabilize, to dominate, and to destroy.

They have trespassed upon our sovereignty. They have sabotaged our peace. And they have defied every sacred principle upon which a civilized world is built.
