To the Esteemed Leadership and Citizens of Swisher-man,
It is with the gravest resolve and the full authority of the Grand Assembly of Your-pan that we, the sovereign nation, do hereby declare a state of war against the Republic of Swisher-man.
For too long have your provocations gone unanswered. Your repeated incursions into our sacred homeland and the continued harassment of our diplomatic envoys have demonstrated a blatant disregard for peace, sovereignty, and mutual respect.
Despite our best wishes, the evidence prevails. We must destroy, defend, and punish those who are responsible and behind the terrorist attacks. After [classified] the terrorists, they told me where and why. I give you 2 days to respond before I land a very important and hard hitting attack.
Know this: Your-pan does not seek conquest, but closure. We now rise-out of hatred and of necessity.
From this moment forward, a state of open conflict shall exist between our two nations. May history record that we did not choose this war, but we shall prevail from it.
