we have been thinking of this for a while, but my dad kept forgetting to bring it to tech support.
but today, we called a certified tech support store (since my laptop is still on warranty) to help us figure out the problem.
apparently it was actually the keyboard

@THEOKPILOT my laptop uses F12 for the bios
also i was referring to 2, not F2
@LowQualityRepublic Yeah, those first two are gonna be an issue, especially if your laptop uses F2 to go into the BIOS.
