Huge future project, need help.

So I decided to undertake a HUGE project, details I wont disclose for a while. But for this project, I need to create a map; does anyone know of an up-to-date SP mapping tutorial? Preferably a video. The one on @Jundroo 's YouTube channel is 9 years old now and running windows 7. Its slightly (majorly) out of date. Any help would be very appreciated, thanks

@32 So, I havent been able to work on this for a while, but now as spring break has started, I have tons of time. Anyway, when following your video, It says the game uses Unity 2022.3.9. I cannot find this is the download archive. Newest version is 2022.3.61f1. I have no idea is I've done something wrong or if Unity has just removed its archived download.

@32 alrighty, I’m working on the main part. I’ve tried to use the mapping tools built into unity, but they are kinda buns to use. I’ve been trying to figure out how to use a height map I’ve made

@32 yeah, thanks. I’ve been fiddling with unity for a few years now, I just couldn’t figure some things out. Thanks

Yeah that link that @Nyamomin gave should be up to date and have the basic information you need to get started. One big tip I have is to use prefabricated stuff, for instance the building on my photography map was a free pre textured 3D model.

    I'm afraid not.

@GuyWhoBuildStuff Ask @32. They made a tutorial they directed me to when I had some questions about the process (general curiosity, not actual intent to make).

@Graingy @Subsere either of you know someone who could help (besides the devs themselves, whom are very unlikely to assist)?
