Cause of the War: In 1997, the two sides we're created after the discovery of Skypark. Tensions between the two sides skyrocketed about who controls Skypark. They based it on their history.
You can make jets/tanks/warships starting from 4th gen. Or maybe another vehicles that you like, just remember no antimatter plasma laser is allowed and you can start only from 4th generation vehicles.
