Make bomber that can fly well at low speeds(300mph or less without pitching up) and fast(800mph) and can carry at least 10 big bombs or 20 small bombs and able to to travel between islands.

250 possible for highest possible speeds
250 possible for rate of angle change(how long until it reaches 30 degrees when not using pitch

tah dah! There is basically no xml editing (the thiny antenna in front of air intake, and few aesthetic things, but you can eliminate them)

One of my possible submissions for the cargo project can double as a 2010s stealth carpet bomber but its either going to be sluggish or need engine modding.
Since I'm not entering, I'm happy to be an impartial judge.
That's OK, you guys have fun with this one. I've put about 60 hours into my TU-95 at this point, so I'll probably just finish that off instead. @MediocrePlanes
