Though the DH 16 and 1910 Hariot monoplane looks great!
I have beef with Blackburn so...
1910's: Hanriot monoplane (although I'm calling dibs on that one. Please wait making any plans until the end of the month. I might have made that one by then myself)

You could also do some interwar planes, like the latecoerce 6, I’d recommend watching Rex’s Hangar 2 part series on French interwar bombers as there are some obscure planes that haven’t been built yet.
