So I was building a plane, a Corsair to be exact, then I came across this problem where after you throttle it up then slow it down the propeller won't slow down, and the RPM kept increasing and increasing and it's annoying me, I'm literally one more step until I can upload this plane here's the plane if you want to try

It gets disabled when you fiddle with the prop settings. (Changing the pitch angle to anything other than auto to be exact)
Enable throttle governor.
