Yesterday when I tried to get on this website a blue screen appeared and said something like "This website is not responding to any requests" in white letters and only lasted about 1 minute. I don't know what it was, but if it was some kind really short ban I would like to know if it was and if it was a ban was it intentional or not and if it was on purpose then why?

Yeah you dont just get banned for no reason. Your fine as long as you follow the rules

@MrVaultech @Skua Ok. Good because I have a perfectly clean record and have never been banned and I don't plan on putting myself in any situation that would get me banned for any reason.
Nah man it's just the website playing up, remember that Jundroo is only a small team dealing with many thousands of planes and players. The mods normally explain bans
It happened to me yesterday. The site must of been acting weird. Not everything can run perfectly.
