difference with built-in wheel suspension with shocks?

last time I found out enabling suspension just reduces the grip of a wheel, but can the built-in suspension have the same performance of a custom suspension?

    i usually try to use wheel suspension on custom suspension to mimic soft wheels

    Nope, built-in suspension is way too bouncy and wobbly, even after setting the spring strength and damper (at least that's what happened to me)
