So will there be a new website for simpleplanes2?

It would sound logical for the devs to give simpleplanes2 a separate new flashy website for us players to start posting in.

But how will it work with compatibility inmind?
Will the upvote points from sp1 carry over to the sp2 website?
Will we all have to start over from scratch?
It would be logical since it would blow some more life into the game sins the race to platinum would continue once more.

And will downloading planes from old website be as easy as downloading it from the new one?
