All along, we have required contestants to design airplanes like designers, such as making bombers, multi-purpose fighters, early warning planes, and even the most OP fighter planes, but we have never asked them to consider issues as pilots. Can we set a more specific situational question and ask participants to design the aircraft based on the actual situation of the situation?
I think this would be more interesting.
A new idea about challenges

Sure, feel free to tag me on it, and I will do my best to answer them.
@TheMouse em... Actually, I haven't had the experience of posting challenges yet. I will first post an unlisted project to try. So I hope you can help me see if this challenge is reasonable and interesting, also there's no need to worry about missing questions, I have a lot of backup options
@JSTQ
Oh, cool! Tag me when you start it.
@TheMouse However, I have only set some clear scoring requirements for this situational question (such as a speed score of ≥ 7 and a mobility score of ≥ 5), and added some hidden points (completing a situational emergency requires 5 points, which is generally a more stringent scoring standard, such as a mobility score of ≥ 8). How to obtain hidden points will be prompted in the context, and finally, the aircraft characteristics will be evaluated (such as whether it is a stealth aircraft, whether it is an electronic warfare aircraft, etc.). This is another hidden point, which is also 5)
@TheMouse yeah
@JSTQ
Are you planing to do one of these?
@TheMouse ok…
Although I cannot find it at the moment, yes, there have definitely been challenges like this. And I agree that they are very interesting. They often utilize the performance cost of the plane, the amount of fuel, etc, to create specific situations where you must get out of. However, because of this, this type of challenge is much more difficult, and much less open ended, so they seem to get less participation.
