Just recently, there has been several Cold War Era weapons being reactivated to accomodate newer conscripts, several diesel powered submarines from the 1980s, have been reactivated.

Newer conscripts are now being trained to the fullest in order to utilize them at maximum efficiency like their modern counterparts.

Some submarines are now also being converted into light aircraft carrying submarines, with one, Being able to carry 4 to 5 combat ready aircraft.
