So somehow when placing a horizontal rotator on ship the rotator become unstable and wiggling also happen to the ship but somehow on my deleted Ship this problem not occured and the rotator & the ship is in normal state

Set the mass scale on the rotator to 100. If the problem persists, add something called damperMultiplier in the rotator section of overload, and set it to 100, then 1000, and 10000. Whatever works best.
