When mirroring more complex fuselage shapes the other side has some extra or missing material. It seems to have happened to most of them but most are not noticeable. The pieces in question are red.

@ReinMcDeer yeah it goes from 10x3.5 to 2x2 so that's probably why
This is something I've dealt with too.
I believe it has to do with the way the fuselage mesh is modeled. It is not always consistent even if mirrored and its especially noticeable when you cut it. It's worst when the corners of the front and back don't match (ex. front is circular and back is hard) or the front and back are significantly different sizes.
I've had this happen occasionally and it breaks my goddamn mind everytime
