Who the hell is Olegsandr?

5,163 Olegsandr  5 months ago

At first look answer to this question is pretty simple: it's literally me.
But i decided to turn this guy into fictional character with some lore and story, so here it is:

Olegsandr

Olegsandr sits in a neat cabinet of a large country house. The light bounces off the metal model airplanes on the shelves behind him and plays with thoughtful patterns on the dark wood table.
His name is known not only as the name of the CEO of the private aircraft design bureau "Mykulychi Aircompany", this name resounds with trepidation in the walls of various military headquarters around the world.
He is the captain of the skies, the maestro of metal birds, but beneath the polished facade of a corporate titan hides a steely determination forged in the flames of various types of combat and struggle.

1990-2010
Almost immediately after the collapse of the Union of Countries, Olegsandr took over the management of family companies that were in terrible shape: both military and civilian. Under his leadership, military aircraft and other weapons were delivered to the then "hot spots" of Eurasia, such as the Balkan Peninsula, the Middle East, and the Caucasus. Such moves gave the military company a reputation as a serious and well-organized force on the international stage, which made it and the civilian office good for raiding activities in the turbulent post-union "U" Country . But all attempts of raider captures were successfully repelled, which led to an increase in the reputation and sphere of influence of both enterprises on the territory of the former Union of Countries. In the early 2000s, Olegsandr decided to focus the company's forces on the civil aircraft market, which subsequently led to large orders in the field of regional aviation. It was at this time that the companies diverged as much as possible, and Mykulychi Defense became a silent but ominous shadow of Mykulychi Aircompany.

2010-2020
In the early 2010s, the civilian company developed rapidly, both on the domestic and international markets. Airplanes with the shiny inscription "Mykulychi" adorned runways and airports on all continents, while military equipment and weapons were delivered by the same planes to hot spots around the world. The director's office sometimes echoed with the rumble of tanks and was filled with the smell of gunpowder, or was filled with the faint clink of glasses, depending on which of his companies his guest was dealing with.
But in the mid-2010s, the "U" Country was shaken by the armed conflict in the south, and not losing the opportunity to make good money and rise in the eyes of its compatriots, "Mykulychi Defense" signed its largest contract with the Ministry of Defense. Balancing profit and patriotism, Olegsandr played both sides of the chessboard, where for some he is a loyal citizen and patriot, and for others a ruthless opportunist. His motives were as opaque as the clouds between which his private jet circles.

2020 - Today
During the virus pandemic, his planes became more popular than ever before, especially the small jets that could reopen closed borders for their owners. While the civilian company was making big profits, the military sector had almost no work. Contracts exhaused themselves, and new conflicts almost did not break out. But in early 2021, everything turned upside down. The conflict that used to take place only in the south spread over the entire territory of his country. The capabilities of both companies had to be exported abroad, but this did not stop them from cooperation with the authorities and the army. All products, even those that were not very popular among the military, were sent to the front, making it possible to repel the enemy from the capital and the most important cities. When the first and most difficult phase of the war was over, companies began to return to a standard schedule, reestablishing international ties and signing new contracts, both with the authorities of the home country and with the military formations of other countries, which, against the background of the conflict in the middle of Europe, wanted to be ready for decisive actions.
In this way, both companies became what we know them today: strong and flexible, and Olegsandr once again confirmed his reputation as the "Great and Terrifying" arms dealer and the unusual but pleasant CEO of an aircraft company.

Note: All events and characters are fictional, any similarities with reality are accidental.

I think i can put this into my biography, along with this small artwork i did about this guy
