How to XML missile so they go faster? Is there an XML input that becomes true if an enemy is locking on you?

I am very close to finishing my current build, but there are just two stumbling blocks.

I tried to add the maxSpeed and maxForwardThrustForce attributes under the missile tab of a Cleaver (and set them to 10000 and 200000 respectively), but it doesn't seem to go any faster than a regular one. What did I do wrong?

Also, is there an XML input that becomes true if an enemy missile is locking onto you? I'm trying to add a warning light that flashes red when an enemy is locking onto you?
