I want to know how to make a prop engine be on at all times (default), but only at a certain power, Ex) 20% of 100% power, but when I activate an AG (Ag1) it goes to be able to input full power.

No problem, I’ve been there.
I fixed the problem, but it now involves having to make a VR cockpit, so that will be fun.
Try custom code for propeller pitch-- 10% pitch when input is zero, and 40% pitch when input is 1. Or, if only for the propeller power, set input to Throttle + (something)
