I want to set the activationGroup of something to IAS<300 and Throttle>80. How do I do that?

IAS is in m/s so if you want something almost the speed of sound use that but anyway IAS<300&Throttle>80
Try IAS>300 & Throttle>81
try IAS<300 , Throttle>81 or the same without the spaces idk I haven't done FT in a long time
