This example might not work well with you as I don’t know your personal life, but I’m big into weight lifting and I have seen, from myself and others that, If you don’t think you can lift this weight or do this last set, you can’t. If you believe you can, you can.
Just say to yourself “I can (insert whatever your trying to do)”

My schedule is unfortunately heavily constrained and I basically never have time to play SP, even if I wanted to.
It sucks, but to change that I'd first have to un-screw my life. And that is... very unlikely.
