so I've Had simple planes for about a year, and spent the majority of my time playing using a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro. over all of this time, I have not had any problems with calibration at all, however, all of a sudden, my Roll input (And only roll) has stopped calibrating properly. for some reason the game thinks that the inputs are way off to the left of what they should be zeroed on (as shown in attached image)

I can kind of mitigate this problem by adjusting the dead zone sliders in the menu, however this results in my controller being wayy more sensitive to left roll, than right roll.
