I just start Simpleplanes on steam with an account that do not own this game and then start it with my account that I bought this game before, I found that all my craft datas are REMOVED! What can I do now to get them back???

When you logged in with a different account, you should have seen this dialog from Steam's Cloud Sync. It can be a bit confusing, but if you click the wrong button it is certainly possible to lose aircraft on your PC. Steam Cloud Sync is great, but if you are logging in with multiple accounts on the same PC it can be problematic.
