i've got an aircraft with sea floats and a refuel probe, and a big ship loaded with fuel and a refuel drogue

the aircraft lands in the water, then moves up to the ship and holds itself to the ship with magnets

the aircraft then unfolds a long arm with a refuelling probe which inserts into the refuel drogue on the ship, at this point the aircraft is supposed to be refuelled, but it isn't - what's going on here?

some other questions I have are about the attributes of the refuel drogue and what they mean?
