(On this site)Push the menu tab, top right for mobile devices. There you go account management. In that menu is a 'show gravatar' press that and follow the steps.

You need a gravatar account. It is free and if you go manage account there is a link there to get you started. Then just follow the steps from there.
Go to Manage Account, select "show Gravatar", then go to Gravatar and create a profile there
