It would be cool to have more items specialized for carrier operations, like Tailhooks, Arresting Cables Catapults, maybe JATOs, and a Aircraft Carrier tower view. just a suggestion i have :)

@Mod I don't mind so much for that stuff, its really more that i cant rotate anything less then 90 degree increments without editing the ship text files, and i just think you should be able to do that in-game with at least 5 degree increments, or better yet, the user inputs the degree.

What would be cool is if they focused on making the editor better and more fluid. I'm sick off it always selecting parts my mouse hovers over while i rotate the camera. Also this game NEEDS NEEDS NEEDS a way to precisely rotate parts without having to resort to editing a F*ING TEXT FILE, talk about killing the fun.
