ANTI-AIR testing

I fixed the code's for the turret a little bit (the entire code)

the screenshots below are old
(i accidentally deleted the new ones)

This F-14 EXP is fast as F but the turret are still able to chase it for a moment

it could hit the tiny plane but not really suited for 1v1 against a fighter for now
