I have had this issue when modding them i usually adjust the rpms :)
If nothing works tell me the specifications for the engine and i will xml mod 1 just for you :)

What's happening is that your prop can't keep up with your airspeed. If this is because of a dive, pull up. If it's because of a jet engine, turn the jet off. Keep the prop thrust up, though
Is the pitch set to auto?
Basically you can't fix it... What this is is, the prop still spins but can't keep up with the speed of the jets, so it explodes
