So, this is insanely off topic, but at this point I don't know what to do.
So, Dalyo and I know this kid who is apparently 10 or 11, but looks and sounds like a 4 year old. Thing is, he's more of a 50 year old racist person. And by racist, I mean he will come into your group and either call one of you a nono, or do the same to the name. I tried reporting him, that seems to not do anything. Cuz steam moderation go brrrrrt. It's been going on for around almost 2 years. And he's been banned twice. But he always comes back up. Somehow. I just don't know what to do anymore cuz I seem to have run out of ideas. And uh, if you're wondering, he's a bit... how should I put this. An interesting soul:

Asked his dad to basically send us a death threat or a "in gonna get the FBI to arrest you!"

You can ignore it all and just skip to this part or ignore the entire thing and go look at something that deserves more attention than a guy rambling on about someone who's so annoying my head is about to explode into a million pieces.

@ZeroWithSlashedO well, I don't exact have the authority to. I can kick him, but I don't think you can ban on group chats. There are other places, that are like, something like discord groups, where you can ban. He's been banned from that, we occasionally let him in to try to get him to shut up, and it works for 4 minutes. Then he starts being racist and spamming the n word.
